Bogolan INDIGO cushion.
 Originally from Mali, the Bogolan or Mudcloth fabric literally "made of mud" has found its place in modern furniture and Naivedeco offers it with its cushions to warm your rooms and give a unique and handcrafted touch.
 Bogolan is a fabric composed of narrow strips of spun cotton, woven on a wooden frame and sewn together by hand. Then designed with motifs and symbols of the Dogon tradition using leaves, bark and fermented mud from the Niger River as a dye. In the case of the indigo blue fabric, the dried leaves of the Lonchocarpus plant are used, from which the indigo dye is obtained. It is therefore an eco-sustainable, natural and environmentally friendly fabric.
 Like all Naivedeco products it is completely handmade and may have some imperfections.
