If you have purchased a Product for sale through the website www.naivedeco.it you have the possibility to return the purchased Product within and no later than 14 days from purchase or delivery within the terms and in the manner indicated below. (consumer code art 52 art 57).

Return

​

If you have made a purchase on the website www.naivedeco.it, you can start the online return request procedure e  send the products to the address indicated in the form filling procedure. To allow the correct processing of the online return request you will have to respect the methods and terms of acceptance of the request communicated via email by Naive deco; in the absence of acceptance, Naive deco will not be able to process your return request.

It is specified that the delivery of the Product must take place no later than 30 days from the completion of the return request via the web ; following the request, the customer will be provided with a return identification code (file number) which must always be communicated to the chosen courier (DHL) for the return of the goods, so that he can always indicate it in the delivery receipt.

Unless otherwise communicated (see GCS), any costs for returning the Product are charged to the Customer.

In any case, to be entitled to a refund of the price of the Product, the latter must be returned intact, in a normal state of conservation, packed in the original packaging and complete with all accessories, any gift.  and everything originally contained in the original packaging. In any case, products that are not suitable for resale and without labels, packaging and invoices are not accepted.

The refund of the purchase price of the Product being returned will be credited to the person who finalized the order, using one of the methods used at Naive deco  within a reasonable period, and only following the positive outcome of the inspection of the Product received, in any case net of shipping costs.

Exclusions

The customer who has purchased a tailor-made or personalized product will not be able to return it.

The customer of Naive deco has the right to withdraw from the contract, without indicating the reasons, within 14 days from the delivery of the purchased good.

The Withdrawal may concern all the goods purchased by you or only part of the goods themselves.

To exercise the right of withdrawal, you can fill in the withdrawal request within 14 days of delivery of the goods by sending an email to return@naivedeco.it  and by filling out the withdrawal form found on the Naive deco website, indicating "Right of withdrawal" as the return reason. Alternatively, you can also send a written notice of withdrawal, by registered letter with return receipt, again within 14 days of delivery of the goods, to Naive di Eliana Fra, strada maiole 52, 10024 Moncalieri (to), specifying the will to withdraw from the purchase and the good (s) for which you intend to exercise the right of withdrawal. Naive deco also makes available on its website a form that you can use for the communication of withdrawal.

If you have sent a notice of withdrawal via email, we will immediately send a confirmation of receipt of the withdrawal on a durable medium, communicating the address to which you can return the purchased good; the shipment and receipt by Naive deco of the goods at this address must take place within 14 days from when it receives our communication.

To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient for you to send the communication concerning the exercise of the right of withdrawal before the withdrawal period has expired.  For any clarification regarding returns, please contact us at the email address return@naivedeco.it.

Effects of withdrawal

If you withdraw from this contract, you will be reimbursed for all payments made to us, excluding delivery costs, without undue delay and in any case no later than 14 days from the day on which we are informed of the decision to withdraw from this contract. .

These refunds will be made using the same payment method (Paypal or bank transfer or Naivedeco voucher) you used for the initial transaction, unless you have expressly agreed otherwise; in any case, it will not incur any costs as a consequence of this reimbursement.

The reimbursement will take place upon receipt of the goods at Naive deco and control of the goods by Naive deco which reserves the right not to accept the return if the product does not respect the integrity characteristics already described above.

The direct costs of returning the goods will be at your expense and the return shipment must be made by DHL courier to ensure safe and rapid delivery.
