Sales contract
The product sales contract is finalized in the following ways:

· After sending the order you will receive an order confirmation email with a summary of the following information:

Once the order request has been received, Naive Deco reserves the right to reconfirm the availability of the items purchased. In the event that the items ordered are not available, Naive deco will immediately notify the customer and arrange a possible refund.
It is not possible to change the order once it has been submitted.
Verification of the GCS
We periodically check the GCS, but it is possible that errors may occur, in this case, we will contact you immediately to ask for confirmation of the order highlighting the error; in this case, in the absence of your express confirmation, the order will not be considered valid and will be canceled.
Prices and payment methods
We inform you that the prices indicated may change at any time, changes that will not be applied to orders already confirmed by Naive deco.
Any additional taxes and / or duties and / or any additional applicable charges will be highlighted on the page describing the product.
Payments can only be made by PayPal, credit card (Visa, Visa electron, Mastercard, Maestro, American Express, Diners, Discover, CB Cartes Bancaires, JBC, Chinaunionpay) via Wix Payments or Cash on Delivery or bank transfer. Shipping costs and delivery times
We advise you to carefully read the following information, which describes in detail the times and costs for the delivery of the products:

Delivery and damaged Products
To check the status of the shipment, once the order is shipped, customers receive an email with the tracking number and a link for tracking.
From this moment on, it is the Customer's responsibility to verify the correctness of the progress of the shipment, and to prepare for the collection of the package when the courier passes by. Our Dhl couriers carry out up to a maximum of two attempted deliveries, after which the shipment is transformed into "stock", with additional costs that Naive deco reserves the right to charge the customer, except in special cases.
Therefore, the utmost attention is required in providing, during the order confirmation phase, all correct and complete references relating to the Shipping Address; and to be present, or delegate someone on their behalf, on the day of delivery (which can be monitored with the tracking number that Naive deco communicates by email as soon as the shipment starts).

Upon delivery of the order, customers are invited to carefully check the package before affixing a signature as proof of delivery. Naive deco pays a lot of care and attention to the protection of the product with protective packaging. If for any reason the package is not compliant, please accept the delivery with reserve.
Any dispute regarding damage or shortcomings must be communicated to Naive deco within a maximum of 8 days from the delivery date shown on the courier's website, otherwise it will not be accepted.

Naive deco undertakes to give the customer confirmation of receipt, complying by law with the reimbursement phase within the established terms only after the return and receipt of the purchase on site.

Customizations and non-returnable products

If the user requests a tailor-made product from Naive deco and after communication accepts its compliance with his wishes, he will not be able to return it unless in a previous and written agreement with Naive deco, therefore your right of withdrawal will be excluded.

Withdrawal and refunds
We inform you, if you are a consumer as defined by art. 3.1.a) Consumer Code ("natural person acting for purposes unrelated to any entrepreneurial, commercial, craft or professional activity") and except as specified for customized products, which you can exercise the right to withdraw from the contract and be reimbursed of any sums already paid.
